		<description>Awesome, thanks so much! I know where you come from with the caffeine addiction!  Don&#039;t try to quit cold turkey!  Ween yourself down from your usual amount and carry a bottle of water around instead!  A lot of the caffeine deprivation headache is the same as a hangover, it&#039;s dehydration so drink lots and lots of water.  This helped me go from constant mountain dew to one cup of coffee in the morning, it works!</description>
